Please note: A fee of $11.85 is applicable to non members of the DRAA for day use of the park. In the event of cloudy or inclement weather a demonstration of telescopes and a power point presentation covering the vastness of the universe will be made at the amphitheatre.

Join the DRAA as we celebrate McLaughlin Day. An elaborate indoor display of all manner of things astronomical will be supplemented by daytime safe viewing of Sunspots and Solar flares. Learn how to use a telescope at our telescope clinic, enjoy our multi-media presentations, browse our image gallery and read about astronomical objects, and help yourself to factsheets.
In case of poor weather this event will be held on Saturday, August 09. Be sure to check back here to see if the event is postponed.
Please Note This event will take place the first clear night of August 8 or 9, or 15 or 16.
