- The postcards are addressed to the Clerks of each of the municipalities.
- Upon receipt, the Clerk is usually compelled to direct any correspondence to the municipal council for an appropriate response back to the sender.
- These postcards can be handed out at DRAA public events
- Carry these cards with you to hand out to anyone wishing to help the cause.
- Remember to hand out the correct postcard that coincides with the senders place of residence.
- Build a collection of completed cards for delivery to the municipal clerk.
- Request a donation to help defray production costs.

Printing tips
Before printing these PDF postcards, make sure you tweak the printer adjustments that are available from the Adobe Acrobat print dialog box. More specifically, please ensure that the following are enabled (checked):
- Shrink oversized pages to paper size
- Expand small pages to paper size
- Auto-rotate and centre pages
These settings will help when photocopying these printed PDF pages from 1-sided to 2-sided. The cards should be printed on a bright yellow card stock.
