The DRAA will be participating at the 12th Annual Clarington Winter WonderLearn, a very popular family event, being held on Monday, February 16 at the Bowmanville Branch of the Clarington Public Library. It's a 5-hour-long exciting outing for families looking for a fun and educational way to chase the winter "blahs" away with displays, activities, and demonstrations.
This year's theme is light and space, and will include the Ontario Planetarium from Peterborough as a special guest of the library.
We will have an indoor display and will help children construct their own planispheres that will compliment the Ontario Planetarium exhibit.
The Bowmanville Branch Library is located at 163 Church Street, Bowmanville
